Our fellow Rotarian, Dr. Clarence Oliver, Jr., was honored on the Senate floor for his service to his Country, his State, and the city of Broken Arrow by Senator Bill Brown! Clarence was also given a plaque officially naming him Mr. Broken Arrow!

Dr. Oliver has and continues to serve honorably and no finer man could be named Mr. Broken Arrow!
These photos were taken when Dr. Oliver was honored in a special way in May 2017 when Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin, the Oklahoma State Senate, and the Oklahoma House of Representatives combined to collectively honor him in a ceremony at the State Capitol, presenting citations and a special award in recognition of “six decades of service to the Nation, to the State and Community,” declaring him “an outstanding Oklahoman,” and officially designating him as “Mr. Broken Arrow.”
